A day retreat centred around finding balance between the parts of us that root down for stability and a sense of control, and the parts of us that reach up and out searching for expansion and newness, so that we may navigate winter, and life, with grace.

Held at a stunning venue high atop the Nullaki Peninsula with a birds eye perspective of the surrounding landscape that’s paired with a beautiful sense of closeness to the Earth. The day will include practises of yoga and movement, workshops, reflective quiet time and wholesome Ayurvedic meals to leave you feeling restored and replenished. You'll also leave with some simple practises and tools to help you carry that energy back into your life and continue exploring your relationships with both your Roots & your Wings.

This day retreat is suitable for all levels, truly no experience required.

Each of our retreats are unique and lovingly crafted to provide value to both new & returning retreaters, with returning being a beautiful way to reconnect & deepen your relationship with the practises.
